No additional charge |
Fifty
percent deposit of the base rate is required to hold a date for your event. The
balance is due 60 days prior to the day of your event. If we are unable to
locate the responsible individual, and no arrangements have been made, we will
put the balance on the credit card.
The
rates above are for space, tables, and chairs and do not include additional
items. Please refer to rental agreement for our refund policy.

Rehearsal & Setup |
|
For rental,
your contract and setup people are allowed to come in 2 hours prior to
the event. Keep in mind that we use this same 2 hour setup to have
rehearsals in between functions. This means during your set-up other
people may be present for their rehearsal time.
Rehearsal time is first come fist
serve, please verify times and availability when considering venue for
your event. |
