**Rehearsal Times Available Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday 4:00 pm-5:45 pm.

No additional charge

Fifty percent deposit of the base rate is required to hold a date for your event. The balance is due 60 days prior to the day of your event. If we are unable to locate the responsible individual, and no arrangements have been made, we will put the balance on the credit card. The rates above are for space, tables, and chairs and do not include additional items. Please refer to rental agreement for our refund policy.*$100/hr after midnight

Rehearsal & Setup


**For rental, your contract and setup people are allowed to come in 2 hours prior to the event. Keep in mind that we use this same 2 hour setup to have rehearsals in between functions. This means during your set-up other people may be present for their rehearsal time.
Rehearsal time is first come first serve, please verify times and availability when considering venue for your event.**

What sets Bridle Creek apart from other venues?

*You may use any caterer you prefer

* For one price you have access to the building from 8am-midnight

* Rental includes tables and chairs along with an additional hour and 45 minutes for rehearsal the day before your event

* Cabins for out of town guest. Ask about the discount for booking 6 cabins or more

* You can pay Bridle Creek Staff to do your setup and cleanup or you can save the money and do this yourself

* ”You” may serve alcohol at your event; ask about special event host liquor liability insurance

* We offer a stagecoach and doctors buggy for rental

* You can be married on horseback

* Your wedding party or guests can schedule a trail ride while on the ranch

* You are in charge.  Bridle Creek staff is on call for any of your needs, otherwise the building is yours for your big day
